Vincent Kompany to The Arsenal ?

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has rekindled his interest in Hamburg's £15m-rated Belgian centre back Vincent Kompany.

After having a rough couple of seasons with HSV due to injuries and family problems, Vincent Kompany may consider making a fresh start with Arsenal London.

The Arsenal need a centre.back, and Wengerhas been quoted as saying tat signing a defender is a priority this summer.

With Belgium not having qualified for EURO 08 there should be plenty of time for Wenger and Kompany to complete a deal.
