Lyon whizz kid Clement Grenier set for a move to Arsenal.

Reports in France suggest Arsenal FC are set for a move for Olympique Lyonnais wonder kid Clement Grenier dubbed the new ‘Kaka’ by his goals, composure, skills and movement.

Clement Grenier who is only 17 years old, Has not signed a professional contract with Lyon so he would be a free agent when Arsene Wenger does move for him in the summer, It would be for £0, And Arsenal have a great reputation of landing youngsters with no contract with previous success with Arsenal Playmaker/Left Midfielder Fran Merida from the Barcelona FC youth system.

Despite being 17, with all his talent the youngster has failed to break into the Lyon U18’s, and is very unsettled and said he looks to be transfered in the summer and this is where Arsenal Step in.

He told French Radio Station ’Radio Monté Carlo’ ” Why not. Arsenal are a very good club with young French players as my self and a French Manager being in my eyes the best manager in the world. To work under a manager like Arsene Wenger would be a dream. Arsenal give young players like me a chance and i would be honoured to defend the Arsenal colours”.

Lyon offered Grenier a four year pro contract in early February but he declined as he looks forward to a transfer to Emirates Stadium.
